Corporate, yes of course the debt and the opaque nature of the JV is a concern.
GBG Directors must know the market has concerns but chooses to keep us in the dark.
Companies make cap raisings when the banks refuse further credit. The obvious conclusion is that the JV had no cash and the banks said no.
