I'm not so convinced.
This has been engineered from the start of the Fulcrum acquisition. Notice how the SP never dipped under 11? I understand market caps. et. al. but on a relative basis it's basically 1for 1.
One thing I am certain of: this will definitely rise from here.
A lot of inside stories though make you wonder... Does good business have to be at the expense of others?
