substantial holding
On 13 December 2012:
Off-market sale of 4,000,000 ordinary shares at $2.25 each for a total
consideration of $9,000,000;
Off-market beneficial transfer of 4,000,000 ordinary shares in IFT and more
than 20% of the voting shares in HRL Morrison & Co Group Limited to the
trustees of the Lloyd Morrison Trust (Robert William Bentley Morrison, Andrew
James Stewart and Anthony James William Howard) (consideration n/a
-resettlement of trust assets);
Off-market beneficial transfer of 4,000,000 ordinary shares in IFT and more
than 20% of the voting shares in HRL Morrison & Co Group Limited to the
trustees of the Dixieland Trust (Julie Louise Nevett and Terence Kevin
McAlister) (consideration n/a -resettlement of trust assets).

NB as a consequence of the above transactions, the trustees of The Red Trust
no longer hold a relevant interest in the substantial holding of shares in
IFT held by HRL Morrison & Co Limited.

Additional information
Nature of connection between substantial security holders:
Julie Louise Nevett and Terence Kevin McAlister are trustees of both The Red
Trust (formerly known as the H.R.L. Morrison Family Trust) and the Dixieland
Trust. The primary beneficiaries of both trusts are members of the family of
the late Hugh Richmond Lloyd Morrison and Julie Louise Nevett.
Robert William Bentley Morrison, Andrew James Stewart and Anthony James
William Howard are the trustees of the Lloyd Morrison Trust.  The primary
beneficiaries of the trust are the same as for The Red Trust, being members
of the family of the late Hugh Richmond Lloyd Morrison and Julie Louise
Nevett.
