Most appeared to be covered in slide presentatiosn earlier. As to the venturing awnsers What if these a deluge? Well the standard design characteistics and tailings dams etc apply. Plus bunded/runoff areas.
Same with depth of burial of tailing. Well the radioactive bits the U is being taken out!
The minister should be called out on Christmas day to go over stuff he should have already paid attention to. However he wouldn't undertand and would need it repeated so better not waste everyone time. IT's just like the Collins Class subs (ships they hardly submerge).
