Appointment of Directors & New Officers
Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.8.1 TeamTalk makes the following disclosures in
relation to changes in directors and officers as a result of the recently
completed acquisition of the Farmside Group.
Steven Murray has been appointed a director of TeamTalk Limited. Pursuant to
Listing Rule 3.3.3 the Board has determined that Steven is not an Independent
Director.
The following people have all been appointed as directors of BayCity
Communications Limited: David Ware (Chairman), Reg Barrett, Geoff Davis,
Derek Locke, Steven Murray and Barry Payne.
The two senior executives within the Farmside Group, who are thus defined as
officers, are Richie Smith (CEO) and Ron Goodfellow (COO).
