It all gets back to the original contract terms. It is obviously why there has been ongoing problems collecting the $80m.
I certainly agree the coy needs to clarify more the possible outcomes. At the same time, it is under legal processes in Singapore, and I doubt the coy will be too forthcoming. Too many clouds about with big figures on them, and too little sales of projects for a while now. Does not bode well for a stronger share price.
It may pay to consider other share alternatives that may improve whilst CFE is in a stagnant phase. You can always re enter at a later date possibly more cashed up.
Dont forget the US is printing up to $80b a month until employment improves. That is why the market is continuing to rise, more than anything else.
