Mac Bank most likely the only seller in the game but they don't have to notify anymore as they are holding under 5% of the co.
They probably still have another 80m shares left to offload ($240-$320k worth).
On top of that they will get their $1.5 m cut in oil sales - which they already would have received some.
Good riddance to them.
