I have to say that 50c would be a good outcome at this stage. Shareholders/management would leave with their capital/reputations in tact - or at least a significant proportion of each. There are other opportunities for both sides to pursue, but not if we lose our money and they lose their cred. Thats business right?

If management is reading this then i would urge them to consider a very early communication to all shareholders outlining the completely situation, in frank detail, and proposing a course of action. Then they see if we, the owners, agree or disagree. Cant think of a sensible alternative. Hope they do the right thing and dont try to hide under Santa's coat during the holiday season.
