    they just blew AT LEAST $44m (news sold half for $22.3m) on portfolio of B grade online assets for the sake of going digital. site looks like template wordpress sites. gizmodo and lifehacker gets about 40k uniques a month (13k uniques a day is nothing). and traffic looks like its in decline looking at its website analytics.
