You are right that I gave zero value to LYC's other assets, but that is the point. LYC is a producer and should be valued just like any other producer, and that is on the profits that it makes. For example an emerging producer like BCI trades at 5x EBITDA even though it has other projects in the pipeline. Even a powerhouse like FMG trades at roughly 5x-6x EBITDA even with all its in ground assets!
