Amazing things happening for Kit Digital right now. Last night it was delisted from the Nasdaq, for not putting in financial reports, and the share price fell 73% to US 17c to a market cap of $10.26m. It also has class actions afoot, with several legal companies involved.
So, where does this leave IVO? It's hard to be certain, but the share price protection mechanism that the previous ticker HYO, now IVO, put into place could mean IVO owns most of KITD. I am just not sure much will be left if KITD is found liable of claims against it.
