APN should have a CR before not now, and that is the problem.
The management has wasted almost 8 months talking up the possible NZ asset sale and now end up no buyers would like to offer a price APN would expect.
I agreed with you on this share price APN could have a substantial upside, but it is also much riskier than ever before.
