Memorandum of understanding non binding is not an industry offtake.The discussion between NTU and the end user is non binding because NTU has not carried out/completed the various studies (scoping,DFS & BFS) required to committ to mining. NTU may or may not go into production. This MOU is only the recording of a discussion amongst the 2 parties. NTU may never get to produce the 1500 tonnes required or the end user may find 1500 tonnes else where in a quicker time frame. At the end of the day it is a Claytons ageement that may or may not come to fruition. In saying that it is encouraging to have someone to talk to.
