The common thread running through all them is that when good men do nothing , when good men turn a blind eye, when good men prefer expedience over ethics , evil men flourish.
The other common issue in all cases, is genocidal butchering dictators who made war predominantly on their own unarmed and captive citizens, that is the ultimate inexcusable obscenity.
