I don't understand -- what has this to do with shooting deaths? Nobody forces anyone to smoke and there cannot be many, at least those with some sort of schooling, who do not know the risks; but they do it anyway.
Or are you saying we might as well smoke because someone is going to kill us with an assault weapon anyway?
