Ausheads, with china, you will never know or can you rely on what the real position is because they put out what ever suits their master plan,they could be verry low on stockpiles for all we know , they have the capacity and if required can push the RE price where ever they want to , it appears now to ensure new start ups be a lot more difficult and unproffitable for most except Lynus.
