What you've missed is that like the other 3 board members old 'Brucie' is now on the payroll...
Facts are facts Pinto, its all written there is black and white, we were told one thing yet another happened. Bruce gets one vote and one vote only. He now represents Shandong gold.
End of the day not a big issue its merely technical as Shandong's 51% controls the company anyway, It just humoured me how quickly things change.
