I will hold my comment on what is best for a couple of weeks.
It will be decided in the next few weeks if the court case will be held next year or not.
If it is not held next year we should let some leases go.
If it is put in front of the judge in 2013 and thrown out I suggest we tread water as long as possible to retain all leases.
