He could also have a dummy spit when the board doesn't do what he wants, then brings in his Lawyer friends. He could also look for a take over and merge with his QCoal. Regardless, he does seem to be wiser after his Monto Coal experience. As long as he doesn't use his holding as a blocking tactic for potential suitors.
