its all ok analysis but any involvement of lewins will jeopardise the future of the merger...i wish hed p.o.q. or just disappear. he shud look upon himself as being lucky that hes not doing hard time in a facility. you know, punching out license plates, daily beat downs, chow time and meal room brawls...No one/ regulators cares if investors get ripped off as was the case with pla. its a scary & harsh reality. people like lewin are in it to line their own pockets at the expense of blind investors as was proven with recent pla history. He must go away...the merger needs a new start
