- how the weakening of the floor anchor system could cause the concrete core could fall vertically thru itself, at near free fall speed?

- how the distortion in the frame could cause the concrete core could fall vertically thru itself, at near free fall speed?

your theory, to me, sounds a trunk of tree fell vertically thru itself & pulverised into sawdust because of damage to the branches
