cheers moorookamick for the info. Makes a bit more sense of the situation lyc is at the moment. Was always puzzled why lyc didnt build the plant in australia, you have explained it well now, and i can understand why lyc has choosen malay.
With the type of pollution the plant producers you are always going to get some legal action by the greenies. Gunns had the same problem with there pulp mill. Just have to fight it, and make sure you win which lyc has done so far
