Been researching with no success the % of settlements as a result of CMC

The key words commonly used are "most cases do not proceed to trial"

Even if we still proceed to trial CMC can settle a lot of the 21 issues( 22- Land banking confirmed). If trial gets cut down several weeks or a month there may an earlier vacancy in the courts docket. August turns into June or July (it's better than 8 mths away)
