anything to be salvaged here?

I remember being recommended this stock as the next big thing a couple of years ago. Lucky to have dodged a bullet.

Can this disaster now somehow rise up from the ashes? How?

Or is it just an out-of-cash holding of a few unrelated doggy projects that will never be funded or at least not in foreseeable future? Another walking dead of the ASX...?
