re: going backwards/annabella Or a good sign if you expense the cost of sale , therfore have to fund this cost, remember its a bit like an annuity buisness , sales cost up front and return over a long period two or three years so lots of sales less EBITDA In fact with this buisness if they stop selling profits go through the roof.
You cant look at it as "one off retailer" although the margins do look slim.(but similar to the industry) . ?
