if you are confident it is going below 2 cents, then short-sell it:)
I am not going to pretend this is a great or even good company, but I agree with Peace, if you wanted to find a company that could double/triple in value in the short term if they just get a little something right in the next year.
Even a blind dog finds a bone once in a while!
