This post is not a down ramp, it just sums up some important matters which are the facts.
It is the facts which matter.
Fact I) There are sellers Trying to find 'Easers' so that they can liquidate their positions and get out.If these directors are so Clever they should be attracting buyers Not Sellers.
I have read the paperwork and find that IMHO the company is very complicated, perhaps that is what is also putting off buyers.
Fact 2) Sellers are there and nothing says that they have finished selling or how many more shares are going to hit the selling Fan.
Fact 3) There is no UPWARD momentum on the buy side.
This share price looks as if it could fall down again.
It is all very well shareholders trying to talk up the share price but some potential buyers are far more astute than pay any attention whatsoever to Shareholders advice.Ask oneself in all honesty and common sense How clever can these shareholders be to be holding a falling share price? So why listen to them.Fortunately there are not many shareholders trying to talk up the share price.My advice is to get the Directors to Perform so as to generate a rising share price.
Fact 4)It is not clever to have a falling share price.and in passing Have you all seen how much money was used up in the quarterly?
