I know the difference between a Director,a Non Executive Director and Management.
How am I trashing the Board? is it trashing the Board by asking for clarity about past announcements and why they do not keep up with adjusting their announcements.
Fine telling share holders there are noumerous interested parties in talks with them and close to signing on the dotted line.If the talks stall and look like nothing is going to progress,then announce what has happened.They do not have to give any names of people they have been talking to.

You still have not answerd the questions I put to you yesterday.
