Like you I am reluctant to predict but on think for shaw we will see an Appendix 5C or cash flow & a market update by Jan 31.

Management have consistently said the "Open Cut" will be in Production 2014.
So I would like to think considering lead times etc the funding agreement will be announced in the 1st qtr of 2013. (With an 18 Months payback hopefully being a mixture of Debt, equity, tailings profit and off take agreement cash advance.) Therefore limiting dilution.

Once we have a concrete funding agreement I believe the share price will react accordingly.

Will we see a takeover?????????????

Like you I believe CNQ will outperform the market.
