    Hi all Just a newbie here, we recently bought some wcl stocks (after holding some for a while a couple of years ago) so we've been waiting eagerly for an announcement as no doubt you all are aswell. Quick question, and please forgive my ignorance - what is implied by the "appendix 3b" announcement from WCL today? From the similar announcements by other companies I'm guessing its something to do with offering options to employees, but it seems an inopportune time to do that?? If someone could explain it to me that would be great. Thanks, shell
