Hi Squidd, you've obviously misunderstood the Cameroon permit. Sundance have 18 months to raise the finance and they can proceed with the project on their own if they wish. The permit does not say that project finance has been proven by Hanlong in any form whatsoever at this stage. This project can proceed with or without Hanlong!
