As you say, I think if FMG are waiting for native title and it is awarded. The price FMG pays OBL should go up.
Native title would see OBL a minumum 5 to 6 cents immediately.
Anyway if Native Title happens OBL will probably get taken over by BRU, FMG or someone else. So 10c plus is on the cards soon after. Remember Blind Freddie will see the value!!!
You would think FMG would get in before Native Title, as they have got a great deal. The first step towards OBL becoming Forstescue Petroleum.
