Formally need Monash backing as a primary developer so we can lodge for planning approval over the next few months (leading up to ALDP announce), therefore when and if successful and the funds from ALDP come through, we aren't delayed another 6 months with any Planning Approval hiccups. I assume Arup/ECT would have been talking with the local authorities as part of the DFT process to ensure all is possible as well as the obvious agreements with AGL. On receipt of planning approval, Building Approval should follow pretty fast after that.

Planning/ Building approval should be applied for the 2mpta plant, not just the initial single demonstration module.
