Today's announcement ($5M loan to JML) again shows how smart CSM management is smart.

Project finance will be cheaper or CSM will deal themselves into a bigger interest on the cheap. JML cash balance 30 June was only equal to the amount spent in that quarter i.e. out of cash around about now.

CSM would have made such provision in the Terms & Conditions.

At the least CSM must be confident of the Jaguar project otherwise there would not have been a loan.

Project Finance, Engineering Study / Plant Assessment also mentioned. To me, that says the project the is going ahead and CSM will have an interest in producing and selling Nickel.
