    This is an interesting announcement because I was expecting it. DB have been hammering the sp and still are. The sequence of trades is pump and dump like with big buys early and then selling as buyers come on board. Are they leaving the stock for good? I thought they were aligned with Hanlong so maybe they know something that we don't.
