The man behind cape Bouvard investments is Mr Ralf Sarrich,(not sure on spelling), he got paid out mega amounts for developing the orbital engine, among other things. He owns a heap of beach property jut south of Perth, and about 20 mins out of mandurah. He is an engineer and designer, hope his involvement brings in the desired interest, some of perths best dress circle here. ;)
