Who can predict what's gonna happen, wish I knew, but Captain Schiff's airplane is 12 years old and the weather radar's broken down so he can't see ahead any better than anyone else, but the hyperinflation bogeyman has been well and truly discredited. You read about the future hyperinflation here all the time, Weimar Republic and all the usual recycled stuff.

The monetary policy hasn't sent gold to the next planet like the goldbugs expected, it's always "just around the corner".

I'm sure there is profit in gold miners if you can get it right, but even the so-called experts are turning out to be losers so I'll be sticking with the trend meantime which is the stockmarket.
