It's what they do, not what, & when they say, that is the biggest clue here.

Low volume for a long period now, with attempts to push down on markets up days..See that as strength.

Haven't put up a chart for a while. Price inthe middle of the bollinger bands, System produced turning point. Fast EMA 5 day staying above 13 day.
Accumulation indicators & golden cross all evident.

We have had a week or so of low volume & price holding with a couple of attempts at breaking 3.9 on very strong up days..All strength indicators.

The companies that play in this space (U) would see start ups all the time.

Something in the data room must have struck a raw nerve for them to part with the funds to ensure a position (& first right of refusal for future financing)
