Think you're right, but NWE also has other interests. Costs in Magnolia ~1%.
BUY speccy as well.
Just depends on how much risk you want to take.
If Magnolia a flop, BUY probably will be wiped out.
ADI & NWE will survive, NWE probably take the least hit as it's costs are the least.
