re: Ann: CNOOC does not obtain final Chinese ... Alas soon to be over for ex-oma, they have found nothing, and CNOOC are probably wise not committing more funds.

CNOOC hold a significant portion of the tenements already and that equates to nothing. Why pay more for more nothing ?

That's the shame (and the reality) of many speculative stocks, I am out of this one at a loss.
