Has there been any suggestion that Alistair Campbell is selling any of his shares? As far as I can see, he is simply exercising his options, and adding the new shares to his already very substantial holding.
As MrCurly has said, the appointment of John Nitschke to the Board, and to the company in an executive capacity, looks very appropriate, and probably reflects a plan to put a strong, professional management team in place.
SYR are developing the biggest graphite mine on the planet. It looks very much as if Alistair Campbell is stepping aside to make room for a qualified professional, who is likely to protect and enhance his investment. That seems to me exactly the thing to do if he is, as MrCurly puts it, "on for the ride".
Cheers, Prime1
