Another point: I believe IMF may need to consider the Law of Diminishing Returns when chasing growth...which probably explains the move overseas.
Over here we are the big frog in a little pond.
Over there we are the relatively inexperienced little frog in a big pond...our risk factor must increase.
That said, nobody can take away the impeccable past form of IMF to date. Can they match it with the gorillas in NY?
