Interesting that you are putting so much emphasis into the US $ cases.
Having been a long term holder, I am not that keen that they will invest in the US but their conservative track record makes me comfortable that they will not risk too much as a percentage of the company.
The key driver is whether they can keep winning Aussie cases and the quality of the ones they add to their books to replace them.
In this regard their execution has been impeccable.
