my hopes for this company not reliant on a takeover... however, this is my least certain holding in my portfolio.
Major risk as I see it is that the share price will take a big hit if the takeover offer does not proceed.
Would prefer it if management focussed on selling data storage over courting takeovers.
Even if business is not great for the company, they should be able to improve profits simply by paying down debt and reducing interest payments each year.
