Well done, IndiJo. If the new management are serious about building CFU up to its full potential, they will have set themselves milestones very similar to yours.
I would add a couple more, on the business ops side:
* Comprehensive strategic marketing review. CFU need to drastically promote awareness of the company and its products, as well as devise tailored sales solutions for all the company's markets. CFU can only benefit from a strong, hard-sell approach.
* Production capability of 3000-4000 units p.a. by end 2013, building up to 30,000 units p.a. in 2015, with a review in that year for future capacity based on demand.
* Further production cost cutting. This one they're aware of, but they need to achieve cuts by 40-60% in the next 6 months. Right now, Cost of Sales exceeds Revenues, clearly an untenable situation.
They need to set their sights high
