"ABM Resources NL is an Australia-based exploration company developing several gold discoveries in the central dessert of the northern territory of Australia. The Company’s principal activities consists of exploration at the Northern Territory gold prospects; resource estimate update at the Buccaneer Porphyry Gold deposit; maiden resource estimate at the Old Pirate High Grade Gold deposit and the Hyperion Gold deposit, and scoping study at the Old Pirate High Grade Gold deposit. The Company also has interest in several projects, such as Twin Bonanza Gold Camp Project, Northern Tanami Gold Project, Eastern Barrow Creek Gold Project, Stafford Gold Zone, and Lake Mackay Projects. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company produced 3.3 million ounces of gold.
