As much as I would like to be beleaver I can't.
454 is close to black tip and has prospects for gas.
It would take years to get any possible gas discovered then appraised, then drilled, then lay down pipelines in cases of success.
rio wants gas tomorrow not in years.

Would be far easier to tap existing discoveries from the nearby fields I would think.
But have hope that 454 will be farmed out soon.
