pople keep going on about how perth property prices are up, they are not. all you need to do is have a look in real estate.com and look at the average suburbs, particually near the airpport where FIFO workers are looking to buy and there all neutral or slowly going down, the only suburbs that are up are the undesirables, armadale, maddington, kelmscott, gosnells, kwinana, etc, all the scummy areas where noone wants to live, but there the cheapest so thats all people can afford
