Falcon the scummy areas where no body wants to live are the affordable suburbs and the demand is increasing. No Perth bulls have stated that all property in Perth is going up. But here is the catch. The entry level suburbs which you call scummy are going up, so are rents The longer you wait the more you are left behind. Where are all those people that are selling in the scummy areas going. How long can it go on. Well until we stop people coming to Perth or we start a massive building campaign to flood the market. Moon reckons next year I think next decade.
