yes they are the ONLY affordable suburbs and thats why they are increasing, but if you were a first home buyer, would you want to live there? would you consider raising a family there and sending your children to the schools in the area? you dont think theres a problem when the only suburbs increasing in price are the scummyest cheapest suburbs in the metro area
